Order Processing and Shipping
Versatile accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.
Orders are typically processed the same day. Usually, if the order is placed by 2 PM Monday-Friday, it will be shipped same day. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock then your order will be cancelled, and your credit card charge will be voided. A notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.
Shipping and Store Pickups
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. All orders over $50 ship for free!
We use USPS for shipping in most cases. We may also use USP or FedEx. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.
Please allow 2 business days for processing, including Booneville store pickups. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package has been shipped, or indicating when your package is available for pickup for in-store pickups.
We're so sorry things didn't work out! At Versatile Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your items. We accept online returns within 14 DAYS of you receiving your package. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! Please read our return policy carefully. All returns will be for store credit only. No Cash/Credit Refunds.
- All return packages must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your package
- Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit which can be used online or in stores. (this credit applies to Versatile Boutique and Jackson Apparel Company)
- You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges can be made for any item in our stores.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- It has been more than 14 days since you received your package
- Original tags are not attached
- Your purchase was a clearance item
- Items you ordered are not in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, and smoke-free condition)
